Angel Food’s Dairy-Free Sour Cream

New Zealand plant-based food brand Angel Food has added a Dairy-Free Sour Cream to its range of vegan foods.

Founder Alice Shopland said by using the latest technologies in ingredient synergies, finding a perfect balance between ingredients and temperatures, and making 15 iterations to the recipe, it developed the product, which is described as thick and velvety with a clean and creamy mouthfeel.

It is available nationwide across New Zealand from Countdown and selected New World stores, as well as independent retailers with RRP $7.50 for 240g.

Mondelēz’s Pascall Hokey Pokey Flavour Lumps

Mondelēz International continues to pump out the lump innovation.

The latest limited edition takes inspiration from the much-loved Kiwi favourite, Hokey Pokey, to deliver the Pascall Hokey Pokey Flavour Lumps.

RRP is $3.29 for the 120g bag from local supermarkets, dairies or petrol stations.

Walter & Wild’s Hubbards Collision Crisps

A concoction of protein, fibre, whole grain oats colliding with granola and cornflakes, equals the new range of Collision Crisps.
