Food Ticker is a member of the NZ Media Council and subject to its procedures.
All complaints must first be directed in writing, within one month of publication, to contact@foodticker.co.nz.
If not satisfied with the response, the complaint may be referred to the Media Council at www.mediacouncil.org.nz.
