Frucor Suntory stakes more space in the iced coffee cabinet, Nestlé’s Maggi brand expands its convenience offer, and Hastings Distillers adds two vermouths to its line-up.
The ready-to-drink coffee category continues to grow in New Zealand, helping to drive the beverage department as a whole.
And so does Frucor Suntory’s Boss Coffee brand’s range, with the addition of Iced Mocha to its flavour variations.
The 237ml can retails from $4 in supermarket and convenience channels nationally.
With convenience still going strong as a consumer trend and value coming to the fore, Nestlé-owned brand Maggi has pumped out more home cooking solutions.
It has added new flavour Chinese Fried Rice to its recipe base packet range, and Crispy Salt & Pepper to its Air Fryer Seasoned Coatings range
The 280g recipe mix sachet retails from $1.99, while the 40g air fryer format starts at $2.50.
Hastings Distillers – which made its name producing organic gins and liqueurs – has added two certified organic dry vermouths to its line-up.
It has added Aubyn Orange vermouth – with colour comes from contact with ripe Chardonnay skins, and Aubyn Blanc which is an extra dry style. They follow the Rubis red vermouth, launched in 2021.
Both bottles are 750mLs, with a pricetag of $65 for the Orange and $75 for the Blanc.
