The plant-based powerhouse that merged pioneering New Zealand brands All Good and Otis unveils a bold new look and a refined strategic direction for one of its flagship brands.

As part of its refined channel strategy, Good & Humble is transitioning its All Good range to become a dedicated, foodservice-exclusive brand.
The revitalised All Good range is built around a singular mission: to provide the New Zealand café industry with high-performance, planet-friendly plant milks engineered specifically for the craft of professional coffee-making.

The lineup centres on Barista Oat, Barista Almond, and Barista Coconut milks, with Barista Soy to follow in July. Every formulation has been optimised to heat, stretch, and foam beautifully, ensuring that baristas can achieve world-class microfoam without compromising the nuanced flavour profiles of premium caffeine extractions.
Accompanying the fresh new aesthetic – which evolves from the brand’s illustrative roots to a modern, high-visibility design – is a comprehensive support platform for the trade, “The Barista’s Toolkit”.
This is a suite of perfected plant-based essentials designed to meet the rigorous demands of the modern coffee station, including:
“This rebrand is more than just a new coat of paint; it’s a statement of focus,” says Faye MacGregor, GM of Good & Humble.
“By dedicating All Good entirely to the craft of coffee-making, we are doubling down on what has made our product so loved for so many years: our incredible and hardworking café community”.

The relaunch leverages the combined strengths of the Good & Humble merger: Otis’s industry-leading on-farm provenance and enzyme technology, and All Good’s established global distribution networks, which provide an opportunity to lean into foodservice channels throughout Southeast Asia.
For the New Zealand market, this means a continued commitment to local production. All Good Oat Milk features oats grown on family farms in Southland and Otago, milled by Harraways in Dunedin, and produced right here in Glen Innes, Auckland.
The “All new, All Good” range officially launched into the trade channel on Monday, 9 March, with the first of many launch activation events held in partnership with Daily Bread on Wednesday 11 March.
