Transport and logistics specialists Move Logistics Group has applied for dual listing on the ASX, alongside its NZX listing.
Chair Lorraine Witten said the dual listing was a way of accessing a broader pool of institutional and retail investors, increasing liquidity and facilitating greater access to future capital to fund growth opportunities.
Provided the application to become a foreign exempt entity is accepted, the company expected its shares to be trading on the ASX by the end of May 2022.
