Countdown and New World have taken gold and silver respectively in the supermarket category in the latest Reader’s Digest Quality Service Awards.
Domino’s beat Hell Pizza to gold in the pizza franchises category, and HelloFresh won gold ahead of Bargain Box in the meal plan delivery services.
Liquorland beat Super Liquor to gold in the liquor outlets category, and Starbucks won gold in front of Muffin Break for coffee shops and cafés.
A total of 2400 New Zealanders were asked to rate their service experience of the businesses contending the awards and the full list of winners can be seen here.
