The founders of an online subscription craft beer box service, Beer Hug, have branched out to launched a new wine subscription service.
Beer Hug co-founders Daniel Philips and Adam Prentice, have partnered with executive chef of hospitality firm Nourish Group, Gareth Stewart, to create Wine Monster.
Its first product to market is the NZ Winery Tour box, a case of six wines from a different winery each month.
In a LinkedIn announcement on Wednesday, Phillips said the launch was extra special as it had gone from idea to in-market in less than four weeks.
Waiheke’s Man O’ War will feature in the first box, which is now available to purchase from the business, with cases starting from $128.
