The launch of Auckland’s first ghost kitchen has been delayed a month because of Covid-19.
The Kitchen Collective, backed by Christchurch investors including Mike Percasky, was expected to open on 1 April.
But TKC founder Harrison Stott said supply issues and disruption caused by the Omicron outbreak meant the project was not going to be finished on time.
He said the launch will now happen on 2 May.
