Pask Winery is expanding its Omahu Road operations in Hawke’s Bay undertaking a two-stage $2m redevelopment to increase processing capacity as well as improve visitor facilities.
Benton Family Wine Group managing director Jeff Hart said growth at both Pask Winery and the group’s Marlborough operation, Jackson Estate, led the need for the revamp, which has commenced on site.
The completed scheme would include new production facilities, an integrated winery and boutique brewery, and a landscaped indoor/outdoor front of house. Stage one was expected to be completed before the winemaker’s 2021 vintage.
