Jim Delegat moves in exec reshuffle

Jim Delegat is moving from the role of executive chairman at winemaker Delegat Group to executive director from 1 February 2022 to coincide with new managing director Steven Carden joining the group from Pāmu.

Delegat director Alan Jackson would be appointed independent chair to replace Jim Delegat, effective 1 February.

The listed winemaker would appoint a new independent director to succeed Jackson as chair of the audit and risk committee, and Graeme Lord would revert to his previous role as non-executive director when he completed his tenure as acting managing director in February.
