Frucor Suntory has named Drew Fairnham as its new chief commercial officer.
The Japanese-owned beverage company made the announcement on Monday.
He takes over from James Houston who had been in the role since April last year and was appointed to chief transformation officer.
Fairnham has over 20 years’ FMCG experience and has previously held leadership roles at American multinational PepsiCo and Australian-owned pie producer Mrs Mac’s.
Frucor Suntory chief executive officer, Darren Fullerton described Fairnham as an entrepreneurial and highly effective leader.
“Drew has a real hunger and “go for it” spirit that is perfectly suited to our highly engaged employee culture. He is skilled at delivering superior business results, and customer-centric in his approach.”
Fairnham is based in Sydney and has already started in the role.
