Hospitality group Savor says it has missed out on around $4m from the Delta outbreak.
However, the outbreak brought forward its e-commerce website, which it launched during the nationwide Delta alert level 4 lockdown that started in August.
Savor said sales via the website averaged $130,000 a week over 11 weeks of lockdown restrictions with over 9000 customers served in that time.
The company yesterday reported a net loss after tax of $0.75m for the six months to September 2021.
