Delegat Group’s managing director John Freeman has resigned.
The winemaker said on Tuesday that Freeman intended to relocate to Australia with his family. He would remain with Delegat until late March.
Delegat’s executive chairman, Jim Delegat, said Freeman has made a “significant contribution” to the success if the group.
“As managing director, John has led Delegat Group to achieve strong growth, with highlights including successful navigation of Covid-19 disruptions and delivering record performance over the past three years,” Delegat said.
“I would like to thank John for the contribution he has made to the long-term success of Delegat Group and wish him and his family all the best for their future endeavours.”
A search for a successor was under way.
