The company would host a number of events during the six-month Expo 2020, including exclusive product and experiential launches. Its premium UMF5+ Mānuka honey also featured at the New Zealand Pavilion’s Tiaki restaurant.

Comvita said it had also partnered with conservation charity Saving the Wild on the Kimana Bee Project, which had seen 200 beehives installed across the Kimana Wildlife Corridor, throughout southern Kenya and northern Tanzania.
