Judging of the NZ Champions of Cheese Awards 2021 will go ahead in Hamilton this weekend after Auckland’s snap Covid-19 alert level 3 lockdown.
If the rest of the country outside of Auckland remained at level 2 or below, judging would occur at Hamilton’s WINTEC Rotokauri campus on Saturday 20 February for yoghurt and butter, and Sunday 21 February for cheese.
More than 300 cheese, butter and yoghurts have been entered in this year’s awards.
