Beef + Lamb New Zealand is partnering with Kiwi chef Peter Gordon in his new community dining venture Homeland, which aims to connect food and people and boost trade.
Gordon had returned to New Zealand after 30 years in the UK, and is set to open the dining room, film studio, cooking school, food innovation hub and community space – dubbed the “food embassy” – which would profile food and producers from New Zealand and the Pacific.
To kick off the partnership, Homeland would host to the launch of the organisation’s latest report, Role of Red Meat in Healthy and Sustainable New Zealand Diets on Thursday 26 November.
